Job Title: Vice President – Airline Ticketing Operations

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Vice President – Airline Ticketing Operations to lead and manage the complete ticketing division. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing domestic and international ticketing operations, managing airline partnerships, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire ticketing department
- Handle domestic and international airline ticketing operations
- Manage bookings, refunds, reissues, cancellations, and fare calculations
- Build and maintain relationships with airline partners and travel vendors
- Ensure compliance with airline policies and industry regulations
- Monitor ticketing performance and team productivity
- Train and guide ticketing managers and executives
- Develop strategies to improve ticketing efficiency and revenue
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in airline ticketing operations
- Expertise in GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre)
- Leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in corporate travel or travel agency environment
Qualification:
Graduate / Postgraduate (Travel & Tourism preferred)
Salary: Best in Industry
Location Preference: Candidates based in Delhi / NCR will be preferred
