- Position Woxsen as a leader in innovation, applied research, and future-focused education.
Academic Excellence
- Build and sustain world-class faculty ecosystems, including global hiring.
- Drive curriculum innovation, interdisciplinary programs, and experiential learning models.
- Ensure academic standards comparable to top global universities.
Research & Global Impact
- Establish high-impact research clusters in AI, sustainability, economics, behavioral science, and emerging technologies.
- Increase research output, citations, and global academic influence.
- Foster partnerships with top global universities, think tanks, and industry leaders.
Institution Building & Culture
- Create a culture of intellectual rigor, meritocracy, and accountability.
- Align all schools and functions toward excellence, innovation, and measurable outcomes.
External Relations & Global Positioning
- Represent Woxsen globally across academia, industry, and policy forums.
- Strengthen presence in QS, THE rankings and global accreditation ecosystems.
- Build strategic alliances with leading institutions and corporations worldwide.
Governance & Financial Stewardship
- Work closely with the Board to ensure robust governance and long-term sustainability.
- Oversee financial strategy aligned with growth, quality, and global expansion.
Qualifications & Experience
- Distinguished academic with a PhD from a globally recognized institution.
- Proven track record of institutional leadership at Dean / Provost / VC level.
- Strong research profile with international recognition.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale academic institutions globally.
