Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice Chancellor at SaiBalaji Group of Institutes , proposed University based in Pune Division. The Vice Chancellor will oversee academic and administrative operations, ensure excellence in management education, and maintain alignment with the institute’s vision. Key responsibilities include academic planning, fostering industry collaborations, managing faculty development programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance institutional growth and reputation.
Qualifications
- Leadership skills in managing academic and administrative teams, decision-making, and overseeing institutional activities
- Experience in academic planning, curriculum development, and fostering innovation in education
- Strong connections with industry and a proven ability to develop successful collaborations
- Knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements for higher education institutions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- A doctoral degree in a relevant field, along with a proven track record in academic leadership roles
- Prior experience in the field of management education or higher education administration is preferred
- Passion for developing future leaders and advancing the quality of education
