We seek an eminent academician and visionary administrator with the ability to inspire transformation, foster innovation, and drive institutional excellence.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
✔ Earned Doctorate (Ph.D.) in any discipline with an excellent academic record
✔ Minimum 10 years of experience in Higher Education in teaching and research at reputed universities/institutions
✔ At least 5 peer-reviewed research publications in national/international journals
✔ Minimum 10 years of academic/administrative leadership experience at the level of Professor / Head of Department / Principal / Dean / Director / equivalent leadership roles
✔ Proven execution of major research/consultancy projects with international agencies / Central or State Government bodies
✔ Experience working with international academic bodies or participation in global academic conferences/seminars
✔ Demonstrated leadership in organizing international-level academic events
✔ Proven experience in institution building, campus development, and revenue growth
Preferred Experience
• Experience with university statutory bodies such as Academic Council, Board of Studies, Senate, Executive Council, Board of Management, etc.
• Experience in accreditation, quality assurance, and institutional assessment
• Ph.D. supervision experience
• Project planning for institutional development
• Student-centric leadership and youth development initiatives
