Vibrant Energy is a portfolio company of Macquarie Asset Management's Green Investment Group (MAM-GIG) with a mission to lead the decarbonization initiatives for corporate renewable energy customers and help them to attain a more sustainable, resilient, and low-cost energy future. Vibrant is operating and delivering c. 2GW of renewable energy solutions for corporates. Primary Responsibilities: Operational Responsibilities Supervise Daily Operations: Monitor WTG, Solar, BOP plant performance and minimise the MTTR, MTBF and DSM Ensure optimal functioning of the wind farm equipment/ Solar plant Maintenance Oversight: Schedule and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance. Coordinate with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and service teams. SCADA Monitoring: Track real-time performance data via SCADA systems. Report and respond to alarms or performance deviations. Safety & Compliance Ensure Safety Standards: Implement and enforce site-specific safety protocols (LOTO, PPE, working at height, etc.). Conduct regular safety audits, drills, and toolbox talks. Regulatory Compliance: Maintain records and reports in line with local, state, and national energy and environmental regulations. Administrative & Reporting Duties Reporting & Documentation: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance and incident reports. Maintain logs of energy production, downtimes, and maintenance work. Inventory Management: Oversee spares, tools, and consumables inventory. Coordinate procurement as needed. Budget & Cost Control: Manage operational expenses within approved budgets. Identify cost-saving opportunities. Team & Stakeholder Management Team Supervision: Lead technicians and maintenance crews. Organise shift rotations and ensure adequate staffing. Liaison with Stakeholders: Coordinate with utility companies, grid operators, and corporate management. Handle local community and landowner relations. Technical and Troubleshooting Support Diagnose turbine faults and support troubleshooting. Coordinate with OEM for complex technical issues. Analyse power curves, vibration data, turbine logs and for Solar Performance ratio, energy yield
