Pay Range: $84,000 - $90,000
Location: Remote

Position Overview:
The Business Analyst assists with the compilation of requirements and influences design choices for technical projects.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Serve as thought leader for technical business processes and workflows, developing forward-thinking systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity.
  • Partner with other stakeholder teams across programs to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams.
  • Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes.
  • Ensure user requirements for new initiatives enable maximum usability.
  • Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.
  • Document data flows and business workflows using visualization tools (Visio, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development.
  • Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations.
  • Serves as a liaison between multiple vendors and internal staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant Google and Microsoft applications (including Visio). experience with Smartsheet is a plus.
  • Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management.
  • Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions.
  • High proficiency with database management.
  • Adept at data visualization.
  • Highly proficient technical writing capabilities.
  • Proven analytical abilities.
  • Proficient with data analysis and data architecture.
  • Proficient with generating process diagrams, requirements documentation, and reports.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement large-scale technology projects.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science or related field (additional experience in lieu of degree will be considered).
  • 5+ years of proven experience in an analytics and systems development capacity.
  • 5+ years of experience implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce.
  • 5+ years of Experience implementing Contact Center systems such as Genesys.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Will constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
  • Will frequently communicate over video calls with internal and external stakeholders.
