The Role: Where Insight Meets Impact
This is a full-time, salaried position dedicated exclusively to Initial Assessments for newly referred clients.
You’ll serve as the first meaningful touchpoint in each client’s journey-setting the tone, building trust, and ensuring every individual is seen, heard, and understood.
- Focus: Initial assessments only (no ongoing caseload management)
- Target Caseload: 4–5 assessments per week
- Reporting Line: You’ll report directly to our Director of Assessments
This role is ideal for clinicians who thrive on deep listening, critical thinking, and building strong clinical foundations for care.
