Hiring: Junior AI Application Developer (Growth Role)
Location: On-site – Narsingi, Hyderabad
Compensation: ₹25,000/month (with performance-based growth)

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior AI Application Developer.
You will be responsible for contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of applications and systems. The role involves building and integrating components across the stack, connecting APIs, and working with modern AI-assisted development tools.
You will work on real systems that involve backend logic, user interfaces, automation workflows, and third-party integrations.
Responsibilities
- Build and improve applications using modern development and AI-assisted tools
- Connect APIs, webhooks, and external services
- Work with backend systems such as Supabase (database, authentication, functions)
- Assist in building automation workflows and CRM integrations (e.g., GoHighLevel or similar)
- Contribute to end-to-end systems (UI, backend, integrations)
- Debug issues and improve system performance
Required Skills and Experience
- Basic proficiency in software development and programming
- Experience working with APIs or building small projects
- Understanding of databases and data handling
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic UI development
- Ability to debug and solve problems independently
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to AI tools such as Claude or similar coding assistants
- Familiarity with platforms such as Lovable or Supabase
- Experience with CRM systems or automation tools
- Interest in building AI-driven applications
