We’re Hiring: Vibe Coding + Marketing Tech & Automation Executive
Full-Time | GenLeadAI
GenLeadAI is looking for someone who can sit at the intersection of marketing, AI tools, automation, and no-code/low-code execution.
This is for someone who enjoys building things fast, fixing things faster, and turning messy marketing requirements into working systems.
You’ll work across:
• Aria backend management, onboarding, debugging, and execution
• Websites built on Lovable
• Landing pages for campaigns, funnels, and launches
• CRM setup and management
• AI tools and AI workflow setup
• Marketing automation
• Tracking systems and attribution setup
• Internal workflow automations
• Tool integrations across forms, WhatsApp, email, CRM, dashboards, and AI agents
You’ll be a good fit if you:
• Understand vibe coding and can build with AI-assisted tools
• Are comfortable using Lovable, no-code tools, and AI builders
• Can create landing pages, workflows, dashboards, forms, and automations
• Know how to connect marketing tools so the funnel does not break
• Can debug calmly when something stops working
• Understand basic marketing funnels, lead capture, CRM flows, and automation logic
• Can document what you build so the team is not dependent on guesswork
• Like working with founders, marketers, designers, and ops teams
This is not a hardcore developer role.
But you should be tech-comfortable, AI-native, automation-friendly, and execution-driven.
We’re looking for someone who can take a requirement like:
“Build this landing page, connect the form, send the lead to CRM, trigger WhatsApp/email follow-up, track source, and make sure Aria can read the lead data.”
And actually make it work.
