Clinical Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinical services. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, manage clinical staff, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise clinical staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate patient care activities to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Manage budgets and resources for clinical departments.
- Address patient concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Stay current with advancements in clinical practices and healthcare technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and clinical best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and clinical management software.
- Certification in clinical management or healthcare administration is a plus.
Work Environment
