Job Title: Sales Engineer

Job Summary

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our Business Development Team and operation(s) teams. You'll provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales/onboarding process, ensuring that our customers understand the value and capabilities of our products and/or services.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING*

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Possess a deep understanding of our products or services, including their features, benefits, and technical specifications.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Sales Support:
    • Work closely with Business Development Team to identify customer needs and provide technical solutions.
    • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical workshops.
    • Address customer technical inquiries and concerns.
  • Customer Relationships:
    • Build strong relationships with customers and establish trust.
    • Provide technical support and guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Pre-Sales Activities:
    • Assist in the development of sales proposals and presentations.
    • Conduct technical evaluations and feasibility studies.
  • Post-Sales Support:
    • Provide technical assistance during the implementation and deployment of our products or services.
    • Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in the relevant industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and passion for providing exceptional service.
  • Experience in working with Business Development Team(s).
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques.
  • Certifications related to the industry or products.
