About the role

Our Customer Service team in Toronto is currently looking for a Customer Service Agent to join the team. Key responsibilities will include: Ensure excellent service standards. Respond professionally and efficiently to customer inquiries. Analyze incoming queries and identify repetitive issues such as identifying potential problems with user experience or technical issues. What you will bring to the role: Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing role. Impeccable writing skills including professional email communication in English. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different situations. Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, desirable. Flexible work schedule including ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
