Role Description
The VFX Production Coordinator will take on a full-time, on-site role at DIVINITY PICTURES in Mumbai. This position involves managing day-to-day production activities, including tracking progress of multiple VFX projects, coordinating between teams, maintaining schedules, and ensuring deadlines are met. The role also includes facilitating communication among clients and internal teams, attending meetings, and addressing production challenges to ensure seamless project delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage complex schedules and workflows.
- Proficiency in VFX production pipelines and software like Shotgun or equivalent production tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients and production teams.
- Basic understanding of VFX technical processes and workflows, including an aptitude for learning new tools and technologies.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure projects are delivered on time and with exceptional quality.
- Experience in a similar production coordination role in the VFX, film, or entertainment industry is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Media Studies, or related field is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment.
