Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. As a VFX Paint & Prep Artist, you will be responsible for completing high-quality paint and prep work in visual effects projects. Your day-to-day tasks will include removing unwanted artifacts, rigging, or markers from footage, cleaning up plates, and preparing shots for compositing. You will work closely with a team to meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional visual standards for film, TV, and commercials.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Paint and Roto techniques, including the ability to remove unwanted elements, wires, or markers from shots
• Proficiency in software such as Nuke, Silhouette, and other industry-standard tools
• Thorough understanding of clean plate creation and 2D/3D tracking
• Good problem-solving skills and an eye for detail to ensure high-quality visual outcomes
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively
• Prior experience in a similar role within the VFX industry is highly advantageous
• Flexibility to work on tight timelines and adapt to project-specific needs
• Willingness to learn and stay updated with the latest advancements in VFX technologies
