Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Veterinary Surgeon located in Latur. As a Veterinary Surgeon, you will be responsible for providing veterinary care, performing surgical procedures, diagnosing and treating health conditions in animals, and ensuring their overall well-being. Additionally, the role requires maintaining laboratory protocols, administering medicine, and creating treatment plans for a variety of animal patients. Collaboration with peers and participation in community outreach programs related to animal welfare will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Veterinary Surgery and Veterinary Medicine
- Skills in Pet Care and understanding of animal well-being
- Proficiency in Laboratory Skills and handling diagnostic equipment
- Experience in formulating and prescribing appropriate treatments and medications for animals
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for working in a team-oriented environment
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution
- Licensure to practice veterinary medicine in the region
- Experience working in animal welfare or non-profit organizations is a plus
