Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Veterinary Officer located in Gujarat in Monile Vet Units assisted by a Driver cum Dresser. The Veterinary Officer will be responsible for providing healthcare services, conducting assessments, and ensuring the well-being of animals such as livestock and poultry. Daily tasks involve diagnosing and treating medical conditions, implementing health management practices, and advising on best practices for animal health. The role includes responsibilities that promote optimal animal welfare and science-based livestock care.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Veterinary Medicine and Science
- Knowledge and expertise in Livestock care and Poultry management
- FRESHERS welcome
- Experience and skills in ensuring Animal Health and implementing preventive care programs
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within a team
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or an equivalent degree
- Relevant work experience in veterinary care, particularly in livestock and poultry
