Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Veterinary Doctor based in Bhandup. The Veterinary Doctor will be responsible for diagnosing and treating illnesses in animals, providing preventive healthcare, performing surgeries, and ensuring the overall health and well-being of animals under care. The role includes collaborating with team members to address animal welfare needs, educating the community about animal care, and participating in awareness and outreach programs organized by the foundation.

Qualifications

• Expertise in animal health, diagnosis, treatment, and surgical procedures
• Knowledge and experience in preventive care and animal welfare practices
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and community outreach skills
• Proficiency in medical record-keeping and veterinarian documentation
• A degree in Veterinary Science (BVSc & AH or equivalent) and a valid license to practice in the respective region
• Experience in wildlife or community animal care is a plus
• Compassionate approach and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
