Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Veterinary Doctor located in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating animal health conditions, conducting routine check-ups, providing vaccinations, performing surgical procedures, and offering health and nutrition advice to animal owners. The Veterinary Doctor will also be required to maintain accurate medical records, collaborate with medical teams, and participate in community health initiatives to support animal care and welfare.

Qualifications

• Veterinary medical knowledge, clinical diagnosis, and treatment expertise
• Proficiency in surgical procedures and wound care for animals
• Strong communication skills for interacting with pet owners, caregivers, and healthcare teams
• Ability to manage time effectively and maintain detailed patient records
• Experience in animal nutrition and preventive health care
• Dedication to animal welfare and the ability to handle animals with compassion
• Veterinary Medicine degree (DVM or equivalent), valid veterinary license
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
