Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Veterinary Doctor at Dairy Dictionary's Pet Hospital located in Mumbai. The Veterinary Doctor will be responsible for diagnosing and treating medical conditions in animals, performing routine check-ups, conducting surgeries when necessary, and providing follow-up care. Additional duties include advising pet owners on nutrition, care, and overall well-being, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring a hygienic and safe environment for animals. Collaboration with a team of veterinary staff to deliver quality care is an integral aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Animal Diagnosis, Veterinary Medicine, and Surgery
- Proficiency in Preventive Care and Animal Nutrition
- Effective Communication and Client Advisory Skills
- Experience in maintaining records and clinical documentation
- Keen attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent qualification
- Valid veterinary license in India
- Experience in small animal care or pet hospital settings is highly advantageous
