Are you looking for a fulfilling role within the veterinary field? Polo Springs Veterinary Hospital is looking for a full or part-time pet care attendant to care for our animals and support our medical team.  Our pet care attendants play an integral role in bringing comfort to our patients.

These qualities include:   

• Excellent communication skills 

• Patient and caring personality 

• Ability to follow instructions properly 

• Comfortable being around animals (cats, dogs, birds, reptiles, etc.) 

  

Responsibilities for this position include:  

• Clean cages/runs and keep kennel area organized and free of safety hazards 

• Clean examination tables and exam rooms between exams 

• Administer oral medications prescribed by Veterinarians  

• Observe animal behavior/health conditions and report changes to the technicians or doctors 

• Keep accurate records and logs
