Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Udaipur for a Vet Assistant. The Vet Assistant will support veterinarians in providing high-quality animal care services. Responsibilities include assisting in patient examinations, administering medications, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the clinic, educating pet owners about proper pet care, and providing support during medical and surgical procedures. Additionally, the role involves maintaining medical records and delivering excellent customer service to pet owners.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Animal Care and Pet Care, with a passion for working with animals.
- Ability to provide Client Education and guidance on proper pet health and well-being.
- Proficiency in delivering excellent Customer Service and establishing trust with pet owners.
- Basic knowledge of Veterinary Medicine and the ability to assist in medical and surgical procedures.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in a similar role or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and handle emergency care situations if needed.
