Manager, Offshore Planning & External Resource Management

Manage offshore construction suppliers and support strategy development in collaboration with Global Procurement Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure high-quality service and performance Plan and coordinate resource needs across offshore projects, including forecasting and demand planning Support supplier readiness and alignment by working closely with internal teams and installation partners Manage supplier performance reviews and facilitate continuous improvement across projects Support procurement, resolve supplier issues, and manage escalations effectively Provide consolidated resource demand forecasts and align supplier capacity accordingly
