Role Description
Placing bookings on Shipping line portals
Preparation of DG documents
Coordination with Shipping lines, Shipper and internal teams
Follow ups for bookings and document approval
Qualifications
- Proficient in Customer Support and effective Communication
- Previous experience in the freight forwarding or CHA industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using relevant shipping and logistics software is desirable
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience 1-2 years
