About the Role
We’re seeking a Director of Product Operations, to lead the planning, execution, and process excellence for our Product organization. In this role, you’ll ensure our product managers operate efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with business goals while serving as the key bridge between Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Engineering.
You’ll be the operational backbone of the Product organization & driving process excellence, GTM readiness, and cross-functional collaboration to help our teams deliver high-impact products faster and more effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize product operations processes to improve alignment and execution across teams.
- Drive product launch consistency through coordinated GTM planning, communication, and readiness checklists.
- Maintain tool governance for road mapping, analytics, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Product Board, Jira, Confluence, Salesforce).
- Track and analyze product metrics to inform performance, capacity, and productivity improvements.
- Design, document, and enhance product development workflows and handoffs between departments.
- Create enablement materials for Sales, Customer Success, and Support to drive adoption and feedback loops.
- Conduct market and operational analyses (e.g., TAM/SAM/SOM, process improvement, capacity planning).
