We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technology Operations Specialist to support the CIO and broader IT organization. This role provides administrative and operational support across budgeting, vendor coordination, procurement, and IT processes.

Administrative & Team Support
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the CIO and IT leadership team
- Prepare materials, reports, and presentations for meetings and business reviews
- Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and tracking of action items and follow-ups
Budgeting & Financial Coordination
- Track and maintain IT budget data and actuals
- Support preparation of financial reports and basic dashboards
- Coordinate invoice submissions and track payment status
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and vendor-related costs
Vendor & Contract Coordination
- Support coordination with IT vendors, including scheduling meetings and follow-ups
- Maintain and track vendor contracts, including key dates and renewal timelines
- Assist in preparing materials for contract reviews and approvals
Procurement & Systems Support
- Process hardware, software, and equipment requests through ServiceNow
- Track procurement requests and ensure timely follow-up
- Maintain accurate records of assets, licenses, and orders
License & Asset Tracking
- Maintain records of software licenses and user assignments
- Track renewal dates and support coordination of renewals
- Assist in ensuring accurate tracking of technology assets
Policy & Compliance Support
- Support updates and organization of IT policies and procedures
- Assist in gathering documentation for audits, compliance reviews, and investor requests
