What we want:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping activities end-to-end. The role involves handling invoices, payment processing, bank and ledger reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable management, activities such as GST and TDS workings, assist in monthly closing and MIS reporting and maintaining accurate financial records in Oracle NetSuite.

What you will do:
•Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping end to end.
•Prepare and maintain invoices in our software Oracle Netsuite, payment vouchers preparation and bank file for payments, and journal entries.
•Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
•Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
•Maintain accounts payable and receivable records with MIS.
•Assist in monthly compliance like GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance workings.
•Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding payment-related queries.
•Prepare MIS reports and support monthly closing activities.
•Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
•Assist during audits and provide required data/documentation.
•Daily Bank Reconciliation.
•Daily communication with BD required client and vendor
•Email communication with Vendor and client related invoices and other queries.
Requirements
•Preferred Qualifications / Experience: Bachelor or more with basic accounting and knowledge of excel.
•Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Collections process.
•Experience in handling USA and India customer and Vendors.
•Experience in Oracle NetSuite accounting system is highly preferred.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills for emails.
•Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS reporting).
•Experience with automation tools such as Power BI and any other.
•Ability to work in time-sensitive and target-driven environment.
•1 to 3 years’ experience in overall accounting.
