Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience; 5+ years business systems/CRM platform ownership with deep Salesforce administration; direct management experience; Salesforce Certified Administrator; hands-on CPQ experience; Salesforce-to-ERP integration and quote-to-cash workflows; strong Flow, declarative automation, data modeling, reporting, security, permissions; leading systems projects; working knowledge of APIs, JSON, integration concepts; clear communication.
