At Vertiv, the Training Specialist plays a key role in building and scaling training programs that support a growing, global manufacturing workforce. This role focuses on designing structured, consistent, and effective learning experiences that accelerate skill development and improve operational performance.
You won’t just support training; you’ll help shape how it works.
This position is based at our Pelzer SC facilities and required to travel between facilities when needed.
-
Assess learning needs and translate them into structured training solutions, including curriculum, learning paths, and training materials
-
Manage LMS-related activities, including enrollments, reporting, and communication of training requirements and updates
The Training Specialist role at Vertiv operates across both office and manufacturing environments. This position includes a mix of standing, walking, and sitting throughout the day while supporting training delivery and program implementation.
The work environment includes both climate-controlled spaces and active production areas with noise, machinery, and varying temperatures. Adherence to all safety protocols is required.
This is where structure meets scale. As manufacturing grows, training can either become fragmented or become a true competitive advantage. This role helps ensure it’s the second.
