About The Role

iamneo is hiring a Vertical Sales Head — NeoCoder to own the NeoCoder vertical as an individual contributor focused on consultative selling, technical solutioning, and revenue generation. This is a customer-facing role for someone who understands developer products, coding platforms, and enterprise SaaS sales.

Key Requirements

7+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS sales

Proven quota-carrying experience selling technical products, coding platforms, or EdTech solutions

Deep understanding of developer tooling, coding assessments, and tech hiring workflows

5+ years in solution consulting or technical pre-sales

Experience working with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and HR/TA leaders

Required Skills

Product mastery: demoing technical products, coding platforms, assessment tools, LMS solutions

Solution selling: MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, consultative selling

Customer solutioning: discovery workshops, needs analysis, ROI modelling, proposal creation

Deal management: pipeline management, forecasting, contract negotiation

Technical acumen: coding languages, APIs, CI/CD, developer workflows

Vertical expertise: tech hiring, coding assessments, campus recruitment, workforce development

Core Responsibilities

Own the NeoCoder vertical as a quota-carrying Solution Consultant

Drive deep product understanding and strong market positioning

Conduct customer discovery and solution workshops

Create tailored proposals and solution recommendations

Manage opportunities from pipeline creation to closure

Focus fully on customer-facing selling, competitive positioning, and revenue growth for NeoCoder

Preferred Profile

Strong consultative seller with technical product understanding

Confident in enterprise conversations and technical demos
