*Role Overview*
We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented *Vertical Sales Account Manager* specializing in the *Data Center vertical*. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data center solutions and a proven track record of selling integrated solutions including IT infrastructure, AV, security, and related technologies.
*Key Responsibilities*
- *Drive sales and business development* within the Data Center vertical for enterprise and hyperscale customers
- *Identify, develop, and close opportunities* across new builds, expansions, and colocation data center projects
- *Build strong relationships* with key stakeholders including CXOs, DC heads, consultants, PMCs, and decision-makers
- *Sell integrated solutions* covering IT infra, power, cooling, DCIM, AV, structured cabling, fire & security systems
- *Own the complete sales cycle* from lead generation, techno-commercial proposals, negotiations, to closure
- *Work closely with pre-sales & technical teams* to build winning solutions, BOQs, and ensure technical compliance
- *Achieve revenue & profitability targets* – Expected order booking of ₹25–40 Cr annually
- *Develop strategic account plans* for key customers like Adani, Yotta, STT GDC, Nxtra, Sify, CtrlS, NTT, etc.
- *Track market trends* and identify new business opportunities in AI data centers, edge DCs, and government DC projects
- *Collaborate with internal teams* for seamless project handover, execution, and customer satisfaction
- *Maintain strong pipeline visibility* and forecasting accuracy using CRM
*Candidate Profile*
- *Experience*: 10–15 years of proven experience in the Data Center vertical. Must have handled ₹5Cr+ deals
- *Domain Knowledge*: Deep understanding of data center ecosystem – MEP, IT infra, BMS, ELV, AV, white space & grey space
- *Product Expertise*: Strong background in selling solutions from Vertiv, Schneider, Eaton, ABB, Cisco, Dell, HPE, Legrand
- *Network*: Strong connect with MEP consultants, DC operators, hyperscalers, and govt bodies
- *Skills*: Excellent stakeholder management, C-level selling, tender handling, and negotiation skills
- *Education*: B.E/B.Tech in ECE/EEE/IT. MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
- *Attributes*: Self-driven, aggressive, outcome-oriented with P&L mindset
- *Other*: Willing to travel frequently across India & internationally for client meetings and global events
Work Location: Mumbai.
