Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for reading and interpreting technical drawings, creating precise CNC programs, and overseeing the machining process to meet exact specifications. Daily tasks include setting up and operating CNC machines, testing and troubleshooting programming issues, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality regulations. The role also involves collaborating with the engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in CNC/VMC Programming and Programming for manufacturing processes
- Experience in Machining and Milling operations
- Ability to read and interpret Technical Drawings accurately
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing
- Experience in the Aerospace and Automation manufacturing sectors is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline preferred
