We are a leading provider of luxury decorative lighting, specializing in bespoke lighting solutions for high-end projects across India. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Sales Lead – ID Vertical to drive our business with interior designers.
Role Objective
The Sales Lead – ID Vertical will be responsible for driving sales growth through interior designers across India. The role focuses on engaging with design professionals, offering tailored lighting solutions, and building strong long-term relationships within the interior design community.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership
● Drive sales of luxury decorative lighting solutions to interior designers
● Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
● Identify and convert new business opportunities within the ID segment
2. Client Engagement
● Engage actively with interior designers and design studios
● Understand project requirements and provide suitable lighting solutions
● Support designers in specification and product selection
3. Market Expansion
● Develop and execute strategies to expand presence in the interior design segment
● Position the company as a preferred lighting partner for designers
4. Relationship Management
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key interior designers
● Drive repeat business and long-term collaborations
5. Collaboration & Execution
● Coordinate with internal design, production, and technical teams
● Ensure smooth execution of client requirements and project delivery
6. Market Intelligence
● Stay updated with interior design trends and lighting innovations
● Use market insights to identify new opportunities and improve sales effectiveness
Qualifications
● 4–10 years of experience in sales (preferably in lighting, interiors, or design industry)
● Proven experience working with interior designers or design studios
● Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
● Good understanding of project-based sales and client relationship management
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills
● Strong network in interior design community (preferred)
