We Are Hiring: Program Manager – MUNs
Location: Chennai
Salary: ₹4 – ₹5 LPA + Competitive Variable Pay + ESOPs
Fresher Role (With Strong MUN Background Only)
Speak Your Mind (SYM) is hiring a Program Manager – MUNs to build, train, and scale our MUN vertical from Chennai.
Role Responsibilities:
Train school and college delegations for national and international MUN conferences
Coordinate with schools and conference stakeholders
Lead international conference participation (travel opportunities available)
Design training modules, committee simulations, and debate strategy frameworks
Build and scale the MUN program from the ground up
Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 10+ MUN experiences at the college level (Delegate/EB/Chair)
Strong understanding of committee procedures and global affairs
Excellent public speaking and leadership ability
Fresher only
Based in or willing to relocate to Chennai
Do not apply without MUN experience.
