Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Vertical Head Edtech, based in Bengaluru. The Vertical Head will oversee the development and execution of strategies to enhance growth within the Edtech vertical, including program management, market analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and team leadership. The role involves identifying and implementing innovative solutions, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering partnerships to drive the organization's goals. The candidate will also be responsible for achieving KPIs, tracking performance metrics, and continuously improving services.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management with the ability to inspire, guide, and drive performance.
- Strategic vision and planning skills, including market analysis and growth strategy development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
- Experience in program management, operational efficiency, and setting measurable KPIs.
- Proficiency in identifying innovative Edtech opportunities and scalable solutions.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement continuous improvements.
- Background in education technology or related industries is an advantage.
- Master’s degree in Education, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
