Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vertical Head at Internzvalley, based in Bengaluru. The Vertical Head will lead a specific business vertical, developing and executing growth strategies. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, identifying and pursuing new opportunities, and ensuring the vertical's operational excellence. The role will also involve building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders while driving measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management skills for team supervision and development
• Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities to drive the vertical's growth
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
• Experience with business development, market analysis, and operations
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and achieve results in a fast-paced environment
• Educational background in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Previous experience in a leadership role or overseeing a vertical in a similar industry is advantageous
