Role Description
The Vertical Head – Household & Kitchenware will oversee the strategic and operational excellence of the Household and Kitchenware vertical. Responsibilities include managing product development, coordinating with cross-functional teams, driving sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires building strong client relationships, monitoring performance metrics, and leading a team to achieve key business objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, Gujarat.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in product development, market analysis, and vertical management, preferably within the household and kitchenware or related industries.
- Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning abilities to drive business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis, sales strategy development, and decision-making to achieve target outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or equivalent experience will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with innovative manufacturing techniques and quality management processes is preferred.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to changing market needs and deliver high-quality outcomes.
