We are growing and looking to onboard a Senior AI Engineer. Some of our current active projects
- Generate Facebook Static Ad based on past ad data and novel ideas automatically
- Use Agents for enterprise search and "jobs to be done" platform
- Use Agents + Traditional Code Generation techniques to automatically generate end to end tests
- Use Agents to automatically fix broken e2e test cases
- Use GenAI + Compiler understanding to automatically add product analytics events (Research Phase)
- Custom Models for an Image Processing pipeline for E commerce
- etc
Here's what you'll do:
- Integrate cutting-edge Generative AI frameworks (RAG, Embeddings, Rerankers, AI Agents) into client products.
- Stay ahead of the curve by reading research papers and exploring the latest advancements in GenAI.
- Tackle current LLM challenges like cost, performance, hallucinations, and testing.
- Fine-tune open-source models to fit specific needs.
- Craft clean, maintainable, and reliable code.
- Conduct quick experiments and proof-of-concepts with new libraries and frameworks.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ Years of Professional Experience
- Expertise with MLOps and Fine tuning ml models
- Excellent programming skills
- Strong problem-solving and rapid iteration abilities
- Unwavering focus on quality
- Independent work ethic
