The Vertex Co-op Program offers students the opportunity to learn about the pharmaceutical industry from a hands-on perspective. Job Summary: The Fall Co-Op will support the Commercial Cystic Fibrosis Planning Team. This role will work closely with Finished Goods, Drug Product and Upstream Material teams to assess inventory levels, Open Purchase Orders and Material Movements. This role will create a reporting tool to track current and projected on-hand inventory levels with expiry and inventory value data. Key Responsibilities: Prepare Vertex Inventory Summaries utilizing Planning Systems (Oracle, Rapid Response) Provide inventory reports including on-hand balance, inventory value and projected spend data. Utilize Oracle (OPM) inventory system to batch production materials Perform Excess & Obsolescence analysis comparing on-hand inventory levels against future Demand and Purchase Orders Assist in tracking annual and regulatory stability commitments packaging Support North American Third Party Logistics activities
