We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive OASAS Facilities Coordinator to manage and oversee the maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance of all OASAS-licensed facilities. The Facilities Coordinator will ensure that all sites meet organizational standards and OASAS requirements, supporting the ongoing delivery of high-quality services in a safe and well-maintained environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of facility maintenance and safety across all OASAS-licensed sites.
- Coordinate inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with OASAS standards and local regulations.
- Serve as liaison with vendors, contractors, and regulatory agencies regarding facility-related issues.
- Maintain up-to-date records of facility inspections, repairs, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to address facility needs and support program operations.
- Assist with emergency preparedness planning and implementation to ensure client and staff safety.
- Support budgeting and procurement processes related to facility management.
