Join us and become part of a community that listens, learns, and leads. #VTeamLife Role Overview As an Engineer I – Network Operations, you will: Troubleshoot complex network issues to ensure a seamless customer experience Collaborate with senior engineers and support teams Monitor and maintain network health Provide on-call support during network events and outages Continuously develop technical and professional skills Requirements Must Have: Bachelor's degree OR 1+ year of relevant/military experience Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays Preferred: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to follow and improve existing policies and processes Effective communication across teams and stakeholders Experience in troubleshooting or telecommunications
