IT helpdesk Technician

Job Summary: The Help Desk Technician should be able to diagnose and resolve challenging problems quickly. You should be well-versed in all aspects of computer systems configuration and maintenance. Your goal will be to ensure that our technology runs smoothly for both employees. This position will be in our Hyderabad office with a combination of in-person and remote work.
