Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Verint Systems Engineer, based in Gurugram, with flexibility for some remote work. The Verint Systems Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Verint systems, troubleshooting technical issues, system administration, and providing technical support. The role also includes contributing to systems design, ensuring optimal system performance, and supporting client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- System Deployment & Implementation: Install, configure, and upgrade Verint products (Call Recording, WFO, Speech Analytics).
- Integration & Customization: Integrate Verint suites with third-party software (CRMs, telephony switches).
- Support & Maintenance: Monitor system health, performance, and capacity, providing technical troubleshooting for production issues.
- Cloud & Hybrid Management: Implement automated solutions for cloud deployment (AWS/Azure) and manage hybrid on-premise environments.
- Documentation: Create detailed technical handover documentation for support teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with SQL Server and database management.
- Strong understanding of Windows Server, Networking, and VoIP/Telephony systems.
- Experience with scripting (Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Accreditation in Verint software, AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
