About the role
Verint is seeking an Associate Software Engineer specializing in DevOps & Automation to join their growing team in Bangalore. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full development lifecycle and contribute to cloud-based customer engagement platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, OKD/OpenShift)
Build and manage automation, pipelines, and development/testing solutions
Automate deployment and operations using GitHub Actions, Harness, or similar tools
Handle patching, OS updates, and security fixes via automation
Collaborate on architecture, implementation, and feature testing
Deliver scalable and sustainable solutions aligned with product goals
Proactively monitor, identify, and resolve issues during development cycles
Work closely with global engineering teams and provide technical inputs
Minimum Qualifications
1+ years experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
Proficient in PowerShell scripting
Experience with Windows and Linux-based applications
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Harness)
Skilled in Kubernetes and container orchestration
Proficient in Ansible, Terraform, and Helm
Familiarity with GitHub and version control practices
Exposure to monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, DataDog)
Understanding of Contact Center software is a plus
