Key Responsibilities & Expected Outcomes:
- Revenue Generation from New Geographies:
- Secure new business and achieve revenue target of USD 500K by identifying and closing opportunities in new markets, including but not limited to ANZ, Europe, and other high-potential regions.
- Establish Verinite as a trusted partner within the banking, financial services, and fintech sectors in these new geographies.
- Market Entry & Strategy Development:
- Develop a go-to-market strategy and execution plan for each new geography, tailored to Verinite’s core services and aligned with the unique needs of the local markets.
- Conduct comprehensive market assessments to prioritize target accounts and refine value propositions for each region.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
- Deliver accurate monthly forecasts and pipeline updates, maintaining a 90% accuracy rate.
- Set and track weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals to ensure milestones are met, and report insights to leadership for strategic adjustments.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Building:
- Generate a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads from scratch, actively engaging with potential clients to build interest in Verinite’s offerings.
- Utilize effective prospecting techniques, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach, to drive lead generation in new geographies.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across banking, financial institutions, and fintech companies in target regions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in these regions, understanding their challenges and providing solutions that establish Verinite’s value.
- Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand competitor positioning, regulatory frameworks, and client needs specific to each geography.
- Use insights gained from market analysis to fine-tune Verinite’s approach and gain a competitive advantage.
- Brand Building & Networking:
- Represent Verinite at industry events, conferences, and webinars to build the company’s brand presence in new markets.
- Actively network with industry stakeholders to create strategic partnerships and promote Verinite’s offerings.
