About the Role
Netlify is the modern web development platform that unites an ecosystem of developer tools and technologies into a single, decentralized workflow. Over 16 million developers and enterprise teams build, deploy, and scale high-performance websites and applications on Netlify. As an Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR), you will sit at the intersection of our Product-Led Growth (PLG) motion and Enterprise Sales. You will act as the critical filter, separating high-intent signals from product-usage noise to source, qualify, and build pipeline from enterprise accounts already engaging with the Netlify ecosystem.
Responsibilities
• What Success Looks Like: 15 Days: Ramped on the product, ICP, and your hot-lead queues; learning the multitouch flow and starting to work leads with support. • What Success Looks Like: 30 Days: Working leads independently and consistently booking qualified meetings from inbound hand-raisers. • What Success Looks Like: 45 Days: Making clean opportunity handoffs to AEs, hitting meeting and opportunity creation targets, contributing qualified pipeline, and surfacing actionable field insights from prospect engagements. • Tools You'll Use: Salesforce · Gong · LinkedIn · Calendly · Slack · Netlify (the product itself)
What You'll Do
• Actively manage and prioritize high-velocity inbound lead queues and PLG user signals. • Collaborate in real-time with your on-site peers and leadership in our Cebu office to share high-performing outreach strategies, celebrate wins, and maintain a high-energy pipeline-generation environment.
Must Have
• High-volume execution with quality — hundreds of thoughtful outbound touches a week without going robotic. • Strong prioritization and CRM hygiene — you can tell a real opportunity from noise fast, and if you don’t know, you’re not afraid to ask questions about it. • Coachability and curiosity — you learn the product, your teammates, and the market continuously. • Global communication skills- Ability to write and speak with exceptional clarity, neutrality, and confidence when engaging with english speaking technical and non-technical executives (from CISOs to COOs)
Nice to Have
• Experience selling or supporting a developer/PLG or infrastructure product. • Familiarity with tools like CRM (Salesforce), Sales Sequencing (Gong Engage), Virtual Selling (Linkedin Sales Navigator), Meeting Schedulers (Calendly), and Communication & Collaboration (Slack). • Exposure to enterprise security/compliance concepts (SOC 2, HIPAA / BAA, SSO, data residency). • Awareness of the Jamstack / modern web / AI-native build ecosystem.
