VeriCore Consulting Group is seeking an experienced and compassionate Interim Director of Nursing to support a thriving assisted living community in Golden, Colorado.

This is a flexible 1099 independent contractor opportunity open to RN or LPN candidates who excel in clinical leadership, compliance, and team collaboration.

What You’ll Do

Lead and oversee daily clinical operations for assisted living residents

Provide clinical guidance to nursing and care staff

Ensure regulatory compliance and best-practice standards

Support resident care planning and family communication

Serve as a trusted clinical resource for the community

 

Who We’re Looking For

RN or LPN with strong assisted living or long-term care experience

Proven leadership and clinical coordination skills

Excellent communicator and team player

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent role

Passion for quality care and operational excellence
