Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements for system enhancements and new initiatives.
Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Identify gaps in existing processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Support system testing efforts by defining test cases, validating solutions, and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT).
Assist in data analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.
Help design and develop a data lake for learning and skill development teams to centralize and structure data for better insights.
Work with data engineers and architects to define data ingestion, storage, and retrieval processes.
Ensure data governance, security, and compliance requirements are met within the data lake framework.
