Job Purpose:As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will be part of the Sales and Application Engineering team. You will learn to provide technical support to customers, assist in business development activities, and analyze data to help drive sales strategies. This program will prepare you to become an effective Sales / Application Engineer or Business Development Executive.
Key Responsibilities:

• Undergo structured training covering products, applications, market segments and customer needs.
• Assist the sales team with technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal preparation.
• Support application engineering by understanding customer requirements and preparing technical documentation or drawings.
• Analyze market data, sales data, and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
• Help maintain and update  sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams (service & logistics) to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and smooth project execution.
• Participate in customer visits, exhibitions, webinars and other business development activities.
• Learn about pricing strategies, competitor analysis and value propositions.
• Follow company processes, quality standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• Good academic record with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fairly good in MS Excel (including data analysis functions), PowerPoint and MS Word.
• Basic understanding of Engineering Drawings 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in customer-facing roles and willingness to travel occasionally.
• Quick learner with adaptability to new products, markets and technologies.
