Role Overview
We are looking for a Tech Lead to oversee the development and implementation of scalable, high-performance software solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive product excellence.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI-driven SaaS solutions.
2. Provide technical direction and mentorship to a team of engineers, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and security.
3. Work closely with product, design, and business teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
4. Drive performance optimization, scalability, and reliability of the platform.
5. Ensure high-quality code through code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
6. Stay updated on the latest technologies, frameworks, and AI advancements to enhance product offerings.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges to maintain seamless product performance.
8. Contribute to the hiring and onboarding of top engineering talent.

Requirements

1. 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on scalable web applications.
2. Proven experience in leading engineering teams and driving technical initiatives.
3. Expertise in backend and frontend technologies (Node.js, Python, React, TypeScript, etc.).
4. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and microservices architecture.
5. Experience with AI/ML integration is a plus.
6. Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
7. Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to technical challenges.
8. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
