About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our web-based SaaS products through testing practices and continuous collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
2. Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing on web applications
3. Conduct in-depth API testing using tools like Postman or similar platforms
4. Own and drive the entire QA lifecycle, from requirement analysis to post-release validation
5. Identify, log, and track bugs and issues, collaborating closely with developers for resolution
6. Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to uphold quality standards
7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and best practices

Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of QA experience, preferably in a SaaS product environment
2. Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC
3. Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman or similar
4. Familiarity with various testing types: functional, non-functional, regression, integration, smoke, and exploratory
5. Proven ability to manage and execute end-to-end testing independently
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
7. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Good to Have

1. Experience with automation frameworks, especially Cypress
2. Basic knowledge of JavaScript or similar scripting languages
